Had a fun stay during a last-minute quick business trip, glad I chose it. I had an updated and huge room with 2 queen beds as well as a bathroom. Everything was perfectly fine, I liked that. The hotel was set in a central area, a short walk to dining options, entertainment options, and many sights including Wells Fargo Arena and the local nightlife.

Beautiful hotel with immaculate rooms, good staff. Awesome and amazing location only a short distance to Polk County Courthouse. Also, very close to everything in downtown Des Moines. A nice bar on site.

The location was favourable and peaceful, you can visit Ruan Center Skyscraper by walking.

The room was well decorated and new-fashioned with a bathroom and 2 queen beds. The location, very close to the music festival I was attending three blocks away, was peaceful and convenient. The staff was professional and extremely helpful in any situation.

The hotel was in a perfect location, situated near numerous fantastic restaurants. It was also very convenient for me as I was attending a music festival just three blocks away in downtown. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The facilities, such as the workout facility and the skywalk, were exceptional and added to the overall experience.

The prices for food at the hotel were quite expensive.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel. Wonderful central location, next to many restaurants and various activities, and the establishment. Huge and big room with exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe and pay TV. A bath in the bathroom. Nice staff and attention to detail.

The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep during my stay at Marriott. The lounge area in the lobby was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was convenient, with the capitol and East Village within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
